Empowering Youth

To break the silence addiction & mental health.

BE THE CHANGE

Unlock the Power of Community

OUR SOLUTION

This is not your parents’ “just say no to drugs” program.

We are thrilled to tell you about the unique and innovative youth education program that we have developed for drug prevention. This is not your parents’ “just say no to drugs” program. Our approach is different; we believe in listening more and speaking less.

RISE TOGETHER has received over 3,000 student testimonies. This valuable feedback, alongside our research, from both students and teachers, has helped us develop programs that meet the needs of today’s youth. Our focus is on prevention through education, and we are excited to make a positive impact by empowering youth to make informed choices & use their voices for change

Once upon a time, a group of people came together with one simple goal – to save lives.

They refused to suffer in silence and decided to take action. That’s how RISE TOGETHER was born.

RISE TOGETHER has been on a mission to educate, engage, and empower young people to use their voices for change for over a decade. They focus on preventing substance use and promoting positive mental health, and they’ve already reached over 275,000 students.

At RISE TOGETHER, they believe every voice matters. They encourage young people to stand up and speak out on issues that matter most to them, giving them the tools they need to make a difference in their community.

Rating: 5 out of 5.

RISE TOGETHER has made my students stronger, affirmed their beliefs, and empowered them to be the authors and agents of change in their school. They have educated my studentsand myself, and in doing so, made me a better educator. I have never questioned whether they should be in front of students. I have seen them in front of 1000+, I have seen them in front of 15, I have seen them 1:1 and I know this: they create a space where students can grow. The aim of RISE TOGETHER is to”create a community where our youth can be loved, heard, and inspired to live in hope.” Because of RISE, I know my students and myself ARE loved, ARE heard, and ARE inspired to live in hope.

I would highly recommend bringing RISE TOGETHER to your community. RISE is comprised of a stellar group of
individuals. They are courteous, caring, funny, excellent public speakers, and extremely effective at reaching a diverse group of students. If you’re ready to make a change in your community this is a good place to start. Since the presentation, we’ve established a text-based crisis line, in-school support groups, additional in-school mental health services, and a community safe zone. In addition, our after-program survey results we have also seen an increase in the willingness for students to reach out to teachers and county services to receive help with mental health concerns. This group of individuals met and exceeded my expectations. Thank you, RISE TOGETHER, for a great presentation. You are not soon forgotten.
