RISE TOGETHER Speaks to 100’s in Sturgeon Bay

RISE TOGETHER was excited to partner with Project 180 to present to Sturgeon Bay High School school students at SBHS in Wisconsin.

A huge thank you to the following sponsors who helped make the event happen: United Way of Door CountyDoor County Community Foundation; and the Chernick Family Foundation.

RISE TOGETHER is a non-profit organization founded in 2013 by nationally recognized storytellers, Anthony Alvarado, Douglas Darby, and Nadine Machkovech. Together, they had a goal: to help save at least one life.

RISE TOGETHER exists to ignite a youth-led movement that is helping to save lives by encouraging students to stand up and speak out on the issues they care most about such as breaking the silence around suicide, bullying, mental illness, drugs, and alcohol.

A very special thanks goes out to our own Sturgeon Bay Police Department Chief, Arleigh Porter, who spearheaded his entire event for Project 180 and Sturgeon Bay High School! #ClipperPride #RISETOGETHER #TheFutureIsYouth
