Join us for a FREE community event and conversation as RISE TOGETHER, a team of national educators and advocates, leads attendees in a discussion centered around Phelps youth and substance misuse prevention.
RISE TOGETHER, is a non-profit that is on a mission to prevent addiction by educating, engaging, and empowering youth to use their voice for change; breaking the silence around addiction and mental health.
